  • 1 SnapDragon® apple, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp almond flour
  • ½ Tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • ½ Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp apple pie spice (or cinnamon + pinch clove)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil in a microwave-safe mug (about 20 seconds).
  2. Stir in chopped apple, almond flour, walnuts, beaten egg, maple syrup, cashew butter, baking powder, apple pie spice, and salt until well combined.
