  • 5 cups corn flakes cereal, crushed lightly
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with flour in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix crushed corn flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Whisk together eggs and milk in a small bowl.
  5. Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture and then roll in the cornflake mixture before placing on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 18 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  7. Meanwhile, combine BBQ sauce, honey, and ketchup in a small saucepan over medium heat for the glaze.
