  • 1 tablespoon tallow or turkey bacon grease
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin (cut into bite-sized chunks)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups beef broth (homemade or store-bought)

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy; set aside, reserving some for garnish.
  2. Preheat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat and add tallow or turkey bacon grease.
  3. Sear the sirloin chunks for about 2-3 minutes on each side; remove and set aside.
