  • 1 (10–12 count) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 12 large vegan marshmallows (or 24 mini vegan marshmallows)
  • 68 oz chocolate (chopped chocolate bars, chocolate chips, or mini Hersheys)
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional, for graham cracker mix)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying), about 4 cups depending on pan size
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
  • Flaky salt, a pinch (optional, if you like sweet-salty contrast)
  • ½ cup heavy cream (for optional dipping sauce)
  • 4 oz chocolate (chopped, for optional dipping sauce)

Instructions

  1. Halve large vegan marshmallows and chop chocolate into smaller pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with optional sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough pieces and place chocolate and half a marshmallow in the center of each round. Seal tightly.
  4. Refrigerate formed bombs for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C) and fry the bombs until golden brown, about 1½–2½ minutes per side.
  6. Roll in the graham cracker mixture while warm and serve immediately.
