  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Granulated sugar
  • Unsalted butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Eggs
  • Sour cream
  • Apples
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, stir in sour cream.
  4. Toss sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon; layer half on top of half the cheesecake filling in the pan.
  5. Top with remaining cheesecake filling and apples; bake for about 1 hour until set in the center.
