  • ½ cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon, chopped spinach, diced onion, and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
