Ingredients

  • Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Vegan Marshmallows
  • Hershey Bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Firmly press cookie dough into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  3. Bake for about 8 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and gently press down the center of each cookie cup using a shot glass or spoon.
  4. Add a scoop of crushed graham cracker crumbs into each cookie cup, followed by half of a vegan marshmallow on top.
  5. Return to the oven for an additional 2 minutes. Afterward, place a square of Hershey bar into each cookie cup while still warm.
