120g ground beef
Cherry tomatoes or 1 roma tomato, chopped
2 eggs
1 tsp olive oil
Sliced avocado
1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
1 tsp sriracha
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp chili oil
1 tsp Tajn seasoning (or chili-lime spice)
Instructions
In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add chopped tomatoes and sauté until softened. Stir in grated cheese before removing from heat and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in another pan over medium heat. Crack in both eggs and cook sunny-side up or over-easy as desired. Drizzle chili oil over the eggs and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
Assemble the bowl by layering cooked beef at the base, topping with sliced avocado sprinkled with Tajn seasoning, and adding the fried eggs on top. Finish with a drizzle of sriracha.
