  • Cherry tomatoes or 1 roma tomato, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • Sliced avocado
  • 1 tsp Tajn seasoning (or chili-lime spice)
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Instructions
