  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3.5 cups cold whole milk
  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz each)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or Cool Whip)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Fresh strawberries and raspberries for topping
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Mini vegan marshmallows
  • 46 oz white chocolate
  • 2 tsp coconut oil (for melting)
  • Crushed pistachios for 'moss' in dirt & rocks

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and pudding mix until thickened. Set aside.
  2. Crush the Oreos using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and rolling over them with a pin.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form; gently fold in vanilla extract.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Gradually mix in the prepared pudding until well combined, then fold in the whipped cream.
  5. In your serving dish, layer crushed Oreos followed by pudding mixture; repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
